At Anchal Gems, every jewelry piece and handloom saree is carefully checked before shipping. But if you are unsatisfied, receive a damaged item, or receive the wrong product, we are happy to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To honor our artisans and weavers, the following cannot be returned:

Customized or “Made to Order” products

Sarees with fall-pico

Altered or resized jewelry

Sale/clearance items
Note: Slight color variations due to camera or lighting are normal and not considered defects.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Should include all original packaging, tags, and certificates.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not accepted.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipped orders or customized items cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality check.
