RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Anchal Gems, every jewelry piece and handloom saree is carefully checked before shipping. But if you are unsatisfied, receive a damaged item, or receive the wrong product, we are happy to help.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible in cases of:

    • Damage

    • Wrong product

    • Quality issues

    • Or if you are simply not satisfied with your purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To honor our artisans and weavers, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or “Made to Order” products

  • Sarees with fall-pico 

  • Altered or resized jewelry

  • Sale/clearance items

Note: Slight color variations due to camera or lighting are normal and not considered defects.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Should include all original packaging, tags, and certificates.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not accepted.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Shipped orders or customized items cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality check.

You may choose:

  • Store Credit: 100% value, valid for the entire calendar year

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Reflected within 5 business days after approval

COD Orders

Refunds for COD orders are issued only as store credit.
